Spoken Sermon: The Power of His Word

My dear friends,

Let me take you back—to the very beginning…

Not when man spoke… but when God spoke.

For it was not by hands, nor by tools, nor by effort—

but by His Word that the universe was formed.

The Bible says, “And God said…”

And when God speaks—things happen.

Light comes out of darkness.

Order comes out of chaos.

Life comes where there was none.

And I want you to understand this today—

the same Word that created the world… is the same Word that can change your life.

Oh yes…

Because His Word is not empty.

It is not weak.

It is not like the words of men that fall to the ground.

No—His Word carries power.

His Word carries authority.

His Word carries life.

The weary find rest in His Word…

The broken find healing in His Word…

The lost find direction in His Word.

You may have tried everything else—

Advice… technology… people… distractions…

And still found yourself empty.

Because nothing this world offers

can replace what only God can give.

And how often, even in our modern world,

with all our knowledge and advancement…

we forget about Him.

We forget the One

who spoke us into existence.

But let me bring it closer…

There are moments in life—

when reason leaves you.

Moments when you don’t know what to do…

when the path is unclear…

when the heart is heavy.

I’ve been there.

And maybe you’ve been there too.

But in those moments—

His Word comes.

Not loud… not forceful…

but gentle… personal…

And He whispers,

“My child… I love you.”

Oh, what a Word that is!

A Word that lifts the soul…

A Word that steadies the heart…

A Word that reminds you—you are not forgotten.

Because listen—God does not forget His own.

Heaven itself declares it!

The angels proclaim—His Word is faithful and true!

Men may fail you…

Circumstances may shake you…

But God’s Word will never fail you.

And yet…

There is a sobering truth we must all face.

Time is moving.

Life is passing.

And one day… it will end for every one of us.

And we will stand before Him.

Not as a crowd…

Not as a group…

But individually.

And the question will not be—

what did you own…

what did you achieve…

what did others think of you…

But this—

What did you do with His Word?

Did you receive it?

Did you believe it?

Did you live by it?

Because in that moment, there are only two positions…

Not rich or poor…

Not famous or unknown…

But this—

An enemy… or a friend.

Oh my dear friend…

Choose today.

Choose His Word.

Choose His love.

Choose life.

Because the same voice

that spoke the world into being…

Is still speaking today.

And He is calling you.Jesus is calling U to-day
